"Well I took my new Outlaw SS out for a spin on Saturday. Let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint. Miles and miles of double-track fire roads, and more challenging single-track trails built especially for mountain biking. The Outlaw SS handled like a mountain-bike Ferrari, effortlessly traversing every twist and turn of the gnarly trails. … I choose to pedal and go through the gears at all times, as opposed to passively letting the motor do all the work. This way I still get a reasonable workout and get to extend my ride from eight miles to 19 miles. The bike is absolutely a beauty to look it. The candy orange paint job with yellow lettering is gorgeous. The quality brake and transmission components are rock-solid, top-shelf high-performance all the way. The 2.4 inch knobby Trail King tires are fantastic. They dug in well and really hugged the corners and took on all obstacles, whether it be rocks or roots, with non-slip precision on a day when things were a little slick and wet. "

"I've gone for over 100km (60 miles) since receiving my Phantom X at the end of Feb and what a pleasure it is. I ride it on trails, streets ...this bike goes nearly everywhere with no problem. The bike weighs ~55 lbs but it's not much of a problem to pedal it. I certainly wouldn't worry if I ran out of juice :) The PX is the Hummer of ebikes, rugged, solid.
